Our Refund Commitment

IconSMM processes millions of orders every year. We deliver fast, reliable results across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, Spotify, and more.

When something goes wrong on our end, we fix it. If we cannot fix it, we refund it. That is our commitment to every user on the platform.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

You are eligible for a refund or account credit in the following situations.

Your order was not delivered.

If you placed an order and no delivery started within the expected timeframe for that service, you qualify for a full refund to your account balance or your original payment method.

Your order was partially delivered.

If we delivered only part of your order and cannot complete the remainder, we refund the undelivered portion to your account balance.

You were charged incorrectly.

If a technical error caused a duplicate charge or an incorrect deduction from your account balance, we correct it and refund the difference.

The service you ordered is no longer available

If we discontinue a service after you have paid for it and your order has not started, we issue a full refund.

When Are Refunds Not Issued?

Refunds are not available in every situation. The following cases do not qualify for a refund.

Your account or profile is private.

Many of our services require your social media profile or post to be public at the time of ordering. If your profile is private, we cannot deliver the service. We do not issue refunds for orders that fail due to a private account unless you notify us within 1 hour of placing the order.

You entered an incorrect URL.

If you submit the wrong profile link or post URL when placing your order and delivery is made to that URL, we cannot issue a refund. Always double-check your link before confirming.

You changed your username or deleted your post after ordering.

If you change your username, delete your post, or make your account private after placing an order, we cannot guarantee delivery or issue a refund for any undelivered portion.

The order is already complete.

Once an order is fully delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. All sales of completed orders are final.

You changed your mind.

We do not issue refunds for completed or in-progress orders because you decided you no longer want the service.

Drops after delivery.

Social media platforms sometimes remove followers, likes, or views after delivery. This is outside our control. We offer a refill guarantee on eligible services instead of a refund for drops. Check the service description before ordering to confirm if refill is available.

What Is a Refill Guarantee?

A refill guarantee means that if the followers, likes, or views you receive drop below the quantity you ordered within the guarantee period, we top them back up at no extra charge.

Refill guarantees are available on selected services. The guarantee period and eligibility vary by service. You can see whether a service includes a refill guarantee in the service description on your dashboard.

To request a refill, open a support ticket at iconsmm.com/contact and include your order ID and the current count. Our team processes refill requests within 24 to 48 hours.

Refund to Account Balance vs. Original Payment Method

IconSMM issues refunds in two ways depending on the situation.

Account balance refund.

In most cases, refunds go back to your IconSMM account balance. You can use this balance to place new orders immediately. Account balance refunds are processed within 24 hours.

Original payment method refund.

In specific cases where an order never started and the full deposit amount needs to be returned, we process a refund to your original payment method. This takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider. We apply this only in cases of significant billing errors or service unavailability.

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to submit a refund request.

Step 1: Gather your order details.

Find your order ID in your IconSMM dashboard. Note the service name, the URL you submitted, and the date of the order.

Step 2: Contact our support team.

Visit iconsmm.com/contact or email support@iconsmm.com. Include your order ID, the issue you experienced, and a screenshot if possible.

Step 3: Wait for our review.

Our team reviews all refund requests within 24 to 48 hours. We may ask for additional information to verify the issue.

Step 4: Receive your refund.

Once approved, account balance refunds are applied immediately. Payment method refunds take 5 to 10 business days.

We do not process refund requests sent through social media, live chat tools, or unofficial channels. All requests must go through iconsmm.com/contact or support@iconsmm.com.

Disputed Payments and Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting IconSMM, your account will be suspended pending investigation.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first. Most issues are resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Chargebacks cause delays for both sides and can result in permanent account termination if found to be fraudulent.

If you believe an unauthorized payment was made using your account, report it immediately at iconsmm.com/contact so we can investigate and secure your account.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We update this Refund Policy when our practices change or when required by law. All updates appear on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top.

We recommend reviewing this page before placing large or bulk orders so you are always aware of the current refund terms.
